In the course of selling you tickets, SimpleTix collects various bits and pieces of information about you. Things like your name, your booking details, your contact details. Basically enough information to do business with you, and so that you can be identified at the door.
We won't share this information with anyone except the event manager of the event you booked tickets to. Period.
We may use it internally to improve how we do business. In order to do this, we keep it for a while. Usually about a year.
If you'd rather we threw this information away, contact us, and we will do so.

If you use SimpleTix, you are accepting the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, and Gravity Rail Pty Ltd will have the right to use your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to have your information used in any of the ways described in this Privacy Policy, you must discontinue use of SimpleTix. Gravity Rail Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, but not so frequently you'll get confused.
