No Refunds or Exchanges

Gravity Rail does not offer refunds or exchanges for purchases made through SimpleTix. Please take careful note of the date, time and location of any events you wish to attend.

If you contact the manager of the event directly using the details on the event page, you may be able to secure a refund or exchange directly. Even in this case, SimpleTix booking fees cannot be refunded.

Credit Card Required

You must possess a valid VISA or Mastercard credit card with sufficient available funds to purchase tickets through SimpleTix. For other payment methods you may wish to contact the event manager directly.

Bring the card and ID to the event

You may be asked to present the credit card you used to purchase the tickets, or a valid photo ID, at the door in order to be allowed entry. A print-out of the ticket receipt is not sufficient.

Print out your ticket receipt

It contains important information about your booking. Keep it safe, and bring it with you on the day!

Pricing and Availability

SimpleTix doesn't set the pricing or availability of tickets. For this information, contact the event manager directly.

SimpleTix Booking Fees

SimpleTix charges a once-off fee per ticket or booking, at the discretion of the event manager. For questions regarding pricing, please contact the event manager.
